【崗位職責Job Responsibilities】 負責海外業(yè)務(wù)拓展，建立和維護與客戶的良好合作關(guān)系，實現(xiàn)銷售目標。 Develop overseas business and establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with customers to achieve sales goals. 1、負責銷售任務(wù)目標的制定及海外銷售小組的日常管理； Formulate sales task objectives and manage the daily operations of the overseas sales team. 2、負責電機產(chǎn)品的市場渠道開拓與銷售工作，執(zhí)行并完成公司產(chǎn)品年度銷售計劃； Develop market channels and sales work for motor products, and implement and complete the company's annual product sales plan. 3、分析行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢，制定海外市場渠道、推廣和銷售策略，達成銷售目標； Analyze industry development trends, formulate overseas market channels, promotion and sales strategies, and achieve sales goals. 4、制定新客戶開發(fā)計劃，充分運用各類渠道和開發(fā)措施，開拓有效的目標客戶； Formulate new customer development plans, make full use of various channels and development measures to develop effective target customers. 5、維護老客戶關(guān)系，協(xié)助處理客戶投訴，挖掘客戶潛在需求，積極促成新項目合作； Maintain old customer relationships, assist in handling customer complaints, dig out potential customer needs, and actively promote new project cooperation. 6、協(xié)調(diào)項目過程中相關(guān)部門的工作，推動客戶項目順利開展； Coordinate the work of relevant departments during the project to promote the smooth development of the customer project. 7、督促合同的正常如期履行，并確保貨款的及時回收； Supervise the normal and timely performance of the contract and ensure the timely recovery of the payment. 8、負責銷售團隊人才培養(yǎng)，提升團隊能力； Cultivate sales team talents and improve team capabilities.
