The candidate is to join Central and Eastern China Area and Small Onsite Team as Business Operation Specialist. He/she will be the pioneer to work with cross function team such as sales, engineering, manufacturing, project, operations, finance, legal, and sourcing etc, to support the business manager on daily business operations.
負(fù)責(zé)消費(fèi)電子產(chǎn)品中央及華東區(qū)域團(tuán)隊(duì)商務(wù)運(yùn)營支持工作,負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)銷售、產(chǎn)品、研發(fā)、項(xiàng)目、工廠、運(yùn)營、財(cái)務(wù)、法務(wù)支持業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)理的日常工作。
RESPONSIBILITY/崗位職責(zé)
1. Product, spare parts, samples, asset, equipment supplier, manufacturing resource, license, digitalization, organization management under the coach of business manager.
在業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)理的指導(dǎo)下,完成各類產(chǎn)品、備件、資產(chǎn)、樣品、設(shè)備以及公司內(nèi)外部資源管理,以及信息/數(shù)字化的整理和組織工作。
2. Cross function communication to navigate the business through cooperate organizations and coordinate internal resource to provide excellent service to customer.
協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)外部跨部門的溝通,引導(dǎo)合作伙伴業(yè)務(wù)合作,協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部資源以客戶為中心提供優(yōu)秀的服務(wù)。
3. Support business manager to supervise annual budget and project budget.
支持業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)理監(jiān)督年度預(yù)算、市場及項(xiàng)目預(yù)算
4. Operational excellence ideation and execution.
卓越運(yùn)營的構(gòu)思和執(zhí)行能力
5. Bidding/Channel/Business Partner Certification and support, customer and collection management in CRM and ERP system.
投標(biāo)/渠道/業(yè)務(wù)伙伴認(rèn)證與支持,在CRM以及ERP系統(tǒng)的客戶及聯(lián)系人管理工作
JOB REQUIREMENTS/崗位要求
1. Education
Bachelor’s degree or above with good business sense.
本科以上學(xué)歷,有良好的商業(yè)頭腦。
2. Experience:
Minimum 3 years in major company, sales, marketing or customer service function is preferred.
3年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),銷售/市場/客戶服務(wù)崗位經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
3. Language:
Effective communication both written and verbal in both Chinese and English
中英文聽說讀寫熟練
4. Tools:
Skill in Microsoft Office 365 and other efficiency applications as the work tools. Experience in CRM/ERP system.
熟悉各類辦公軟件,有CRM/ERP系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)
