Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through research, outreach, and networking. Client Relationship Management: Build trust and credibility with new and existing clients through tailored communication and exceptional service. Cross-Selling and Upselling: Proactively identify opportunities to expand client accounts through additional products and services. Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to position Diversitech as a market leader. CRM Utilization: Use CRM tools to track, analyze, and report on sales activities and pipeline performance. 任職資格要求： 1、1-3年的B2B外貿(mào)銷售經(jīng)驗 2、熟悉CRM工具（如Salesforce、HubSpot或OKKI CRM）。 理解貿(mào)易術語（如FOB、CIF、DDP）及國際運輸流程。 3、商務、市場營銷或相關領域的學士學位者優(yōu)先，但非必需。 4、優(yōu)秀的英語聽說讀寫能力，會第二外語優(yōu)先考慮：西班牙語，法語，阿拉伯語，俄語。 Qualifications: 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in international markets. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or OKKI CRM). Understanding of trade terms (e.g., FOB, CIF, DDP) and international shipping processes. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Outsanding English Language Skills Secondary Languages preferred: Spanish, French, Arabic, Russian
