工作范圍 The scope of work 負(fù)責(zé)海外合同技術(shù)質(zhì)量條款談判工作，包括組件，電池片，硅片，輔材；負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)客戶新產(chǎn)品推廣；對(duì)項(xiàng)目中的技術(shù)疑問(wèn)給予支持和解決，處理客訴, 并協(xié)助部門(mén)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)提升團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)技術(shù)水平和專(zhuān)業(yè)能力。 Responsible for overseas technical and quality terms negotiation in the contract， including PV modules, PV cells, wafer, and auxiliary material of PV modules; Responsible for new product promotion to client; Support and solve the technical query in the project, handle customer claim assist the department leader to improve the technical level and professional ability of the team. 主要工作職責(zé) Major responsibilities 1． 負(fù)責(zé)組織合同技術(shù)評(píng)審，制定合同技術(shù)談判方案。 2． 負(fù)責(zé)合同執(zhí)行中技術(shù)問(wèn)題的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)等。 3． 負(fù)責(zé)與協(xié)助銷(xiāo)售完成技術(shù)交流和產(chǎn)品推廣。 4． 負(fù)責(zé)客戶技術(shù)咨詢和答疑等。 5． 處理售后客訴 1. Responsible for organizing contract technical evaluation, review and formulating contract technical negotiation plan. 2. Responsible for the communication and coordination of technical issues in contract implementation, etc. 3．Responsible for assisting sales to complete technical communication and product promotion. 4. Responsible for customer technical consultation and Q&A, etc. 5. Cooperate with customer complaints, etc. 6. Handle customer claim. 次要工作職責(zé) Minor responsibilities 1. 完成上級(jí)交代的工作。 2. 收集、分析和反饋客戶需求。 1. Complete work as assigned by supervisor. 2. Collect, analyse and feedback customer requirement. 任職要求 Qualifications 1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，能夠適應(yīng)頻繁出差，5年及以上光伏行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先，有光伏組件，電池廠工藝、質(zhì)量崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。 2. 具備很強(qiáng)的光伏專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)和英語(yǔ)，中文表達(dá)能力。 3. 擁有強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任意識(shí)，在工作中能和他人有效的合作，以達(dá)成目標(biāo)和要求。 4. 具有很強(qiáng)的溝通能力和語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力。 1. Bachelor degree or above, able to adapt to frequent travel, 5 years or above working experience in PV industry is preferred. With technical process or quality work experience in PV module / cell factory is preferred. 2. Possess strong PV expertise and English and Chinese presentation, speaking skills. Familiar with local Customs and Traditions. 3. Possess a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work effectively with others in order to achieve goals and requirements. 4. Possess strong communication and verbal skills.
