崗位職責(zé) （Job Responsibilities）： 1. 制定海外化工產(chǎn)品線規(guī)劃，協(xié)調(diào)研發(fā)/生產(chǎn)/銷售資源，主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品全周期管理。Develop overseas product strategies, coordinate R&D/production/sales teams for end-to-end product lifecycle management. 2. 分析目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)（歐美/亞太）需求與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)格局，輸出產(chǎn)品定位及定價(jià)建議。Analyze market needs & competition (EU/NA/APAC), define product positioning & pricing strategies. 3. 管理海外項(xiàng)目落地，制定執(zhí)行計(jì)劃，監(jiān)控進(jìn)度并解決跨部門協(xié)作問題。Lead overseas project execution, resolve cross-functional issues to ensure on-time delivery. 4. 為海外客戶提供技術(shù)解決方案，維護(hù)重點(diǎn)客戶關(guān)系，支持業(yè)務(wù)增長。Provide technical solutions for overseas clients, maintain key accounts to drive business growth. 5. 跟蹤全球化工材料行業(yè)趨勢(shì)，輸出競(jìng)品分析及戰(zhàn)略建議。 Monitor global industry trends, deliver competitor analysis & strategic recommendations. 任職資格Qualifications： 1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，化工/材料/化學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)。Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering/Materials Science/Chemistry. 2.3年+化工行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有產(chǎn)品管理或跨國項(xiàng)目協(xié)調(diào)經(jīng)歷。3+ years in chemical industry with product management or global project experience. 3.英語流利（書面報(bào)告+商務(wù)溝通），可獨(dú)立對(duì)接海外客戶。Fluent English (writing & speaking) for client-facing communication. 加分項(xiàng)Nice-to-have： - 熟悉化工產(chǎn)品出口流程（如MSDS、物流合規(guī)）。Knowledge of chemical export compliance (MSDS, logistics regulations). - 有技術(shù)文檔撰寫經(jīng)驗(yàn)（產(chǎn)品手冊(cè)/檢測(cè)報(bào)告）。 Experience in technical documentation (product specs/test reports). - 適應(yīng)高頻短期海外出差（年均8-12周）。Willing to travel overseas 8-12 weeks annually.
